At Harson, our quality policy is routinely followed in our group of companies, Shree Balajee Industries, Shree Krishna Polymers and Electricals, and Electra Ventures which are all certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Our products are approved by Bureau of Indian Standards as per IS:9537, IS:964, IS:3854 and IS:1293
We ensure quality at each stage of manufacturing till dispatch.
- All Instruments and Gauges are Calibrated by NABL accredited Laboratories
- Qualified in-house engineers
- Follow CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) process
- Strict adherence to 5-step quality control which is in line with our quality policy thereby maintaining our defect ratio less than 0.5% against 1 million units produced
- Customer complaint is less then 0.1% in last 5 years
