Harson uPVC Plumbering Pipe & fittings division is a result of continuous R&D efforts and years of experience in pipe manufacturing in electrical industry. These Pipes are non-toxic and lead-free which makes them a safe material for potable water. These pipes are manufactured as per ASTM D 1785 standard and are available in SCH 40and 80 pressure class. ASTM threaded pipes are 40-50% cheaper to G.I. pipes. It is easy to install and offers a long service life. It is mainly used for cold water application in residential, commercial and public complexes. Dimensions and pressure ratings of these pipes are given in the table below for reference. The ASTM Pipes’ abrasion resistance, light weight, mechanical strength, toughness and durability are the key reasons for it’s used in construction and building applications.
